Parking Meter Issues

If you experience difficulties while paying one of the parking meters please call to report 24/7 at 978-775-2970, or email parklawrence@municipalparking.com.  If you find a parking meter that is not working properly, you may pay any other parking meter, or utilize the pay by phone service.

Mobile Phone Payment

ParkLawrence offers optional parking payments using your mobile phone.  To make payment by phone simply begin the payment process by texting the code, or scanning the QR code, located on the parking meter and/or street signs.  The advantages of using the mobile phone payment option are: 1) you do not have to walk to one of the parking meters to make a payment, 2) you will receive a reminder text 15 minutes before your paid time expires with the option to purchase more time without having to return to your vehicle, 3) you will have access to all of your parking receipts for proof of payment.

Note: A convenience fee of $0.35 will be added to each mobile payment.
